A Few NBA 2K15 Tidbits

During yesterday’s NBA 2K14 live stream, a few noteworthy tidbits about NBA 2K15 were revealed. They are as follows:

Only four active players have overall ratings in the 90s, including cover player Kevin Durant (95). Furthermore, no active player is rated 99 overall. This has been done to increase variation in player ratings.
From now until launch, NBA players can request a screenshot of their in-game likeness, along with their overall rating. As such, we should be seeing some more preview media coming in the near future.
Speaking of player ratings, for every 5000 new followers the official NBA 2K Twitter account receives, 100 player ratings will be revealed.
Stephen Curry’s jumpshot has been tweaked, for those who may be concerned about how it looked in the Yakkem Trailer.
A big MyCAREER announcement will be coming soon.
Zig-zag cheese has been addressed in this year’s game.
