The NBA Live Series Center was founded in 1996 by three enthusiastic NBA Live fans: Tim Tschirner, Lutz van Hasselt and Brien Smith. It is the home of the original roster patches which were maintained by Tim and Lutz, as well as several utilities for NBA Live including player editors, Blotch, the EA Graphics Editor and FshEd. The aim of the site is to provide NBA Live fans with the latest news and downloads for the series, as well as provide a place to interact with other NBA Live fans around the world.

Tim ran the NLSC as webmaster from 1996-2000 before handing the responsibility over to Lutz. He retired from the NLSC after accepting a position with EA Sports as a member of the production team that brings us a new NBA Live each year. Tim has been a producer for the series since NBA Live 2001 and has managed to drop by the community for interviews every now and again.

Lutz ran the NLSC as interim webmaster until August 2001, at which point Andrew Begley joined the team as the site's new webmaster and forum administrator. The NLSC Team continues to grow as we strive to provide NBA Live fans with the best news, downloads and information for the NBA Live series.

We are an unofficial fansite and have no affiliation with Electronic Arts or the National Basketball Association whatsoever. Although we submit an annual Wishlist to the production team with suggestions from the community, we are not directly involved in the development of the NBA Live series.
