If you've been looking to join a sim league, you might be interested in the following bulletins.
The HBDL is a brand new NBA Live 07 sim league on the lookout for new members. Check out their website for sign-up information.
There's also some vacancies over at the Pro Basketball Championship league. Cleveland and Phoenix are the only teams that have been taken so far so if you're interested head on over and grab the team you want before someone else gets there first. |

I just released my ESPN Styled Team Select Logos. People seemed to feel jipped out of ESPN Integration on the current gen platforms, so I figured this is one small step towards adding the ESPN feel to your game.

Openings at several leagues |

True Legit Ballers has already commenced play but it still on the lookout for some more GMs. Anyone interested should contact ABrough47167 on AIM.
I'm also told that NBA Live Evolution has some openings so if you're looking to join a new sim league, check them out.
Atlantic ConneKt is also on the lookout for new members for its NBA Live 07 league. If you'd like to join a league with some of the top members on EASO check out their website for more details.
Aussies and Kiwis may be interested to know that Aussie Live Online has a couple of vacancies. Anyone interested should head over and apply ASAP.
Finally, a Russian NBA Live league is also inviting new members to join. More details can be found at their website. |

More news on the official NBA Live 07 patch |

I have received further confirmation that the official bug fix patch for NBA Live 07 is not yet ready for public release as the page and file that have been leaked are indeed only online for testing purposes. The production team is still working on the patch and will be posting more updates as it nears completion. Again, the file that leaked is not a completed version of the official patch. |

2D Crowd Update |

In case you haven't seen it already, I've released my first patch for NBA Live 07. It's a small patch that brightens up the 2D crowd a little bit (as you can see in the preview screenshot). But, since the crowd has some very dark lighting on them by default, that's about as bright as I can get them though (at least until I can edit their lighting). Anyways, get it here. |

Update on NBA Live 07 Official Patch |

As there has been no announcement of the patch's release on the official NBA Live 07 website it seems likely that the file that has become available is the result of a leak and may not yet be the final release. A few people have reported issues with the fix while it appears to be working for others (myself included). I'll post more information on the situation as soon as it becomes available.
UPDATE: I've been told that a version of the patch was indeed placed on EA's servers for testing purposes. The file we have been downloading is for the English version thus users with other language versions will encounter difficulties installing the update. At this time the update has still not been officially released. I'll keep everyone informed of any new details that I find out. |

I'm told that the NBALLO is under new management and is looking for some GMs interested in filling some vacancies in their NBA Live 07 league. The teams that are available (as of this news posting) are: Charlotte, Denver, Houston, LA Lakers, Indiana, Minnesota, Orlando, Portland, Sacramento, Utah and Washington. NBA Live 07 Official Patch Info |

EA have announced that the official patch for NBA Live 07 is nearing completion and have released a list of the issues that it will address:
- Fixed missing face texture for Renaldo Balkman
- Fixed bug allowing users to release players during FA negotiation period
- Fixed inverted text bug for direct pass
- Fixed last man back functionality
- Fixed bug with substitution logic and also added the following additional functionality:
- Added a CPU substitution frequency slider
- Added a Fatigue Effect On/Off option in general gameplay options
- Fixed bug that had the wrong jerseys showing up in 1-on-1 and Freestyle game modes
- Added functionality to view "average" stats
- Added functionality to allow user to save stats in gameplay

I've received a small update on the official patch for NBA Live 07. I'm told that the project is coming along well and a list of issues that the patch will address will be made available soon. We haven't been given an expected release date for the patch yet but as soon as that information is made available I'll be sure to post it along with any other developments. |

"Over the course of the last few days, there has been a good deal of feedback around the release of NBA LIVE and some issues for members within the NBA LIVE community.
The Development Team has heard these concerns and is in the process of creating a patch for the PC version of the game that will address some of these issues.
Details on what issues will be addressed is forthcoming and should be available within the next couple weeks. We thank you for your patience and support during this time and will provide further updates on this patch as it becomes available."

NBA Live 07 Patch Petition Submitted |

Our petition for an official bug fix patch for NBA Live 07 has been submitted to the production team and they have acknowledged receiving it. I'll try to keep everyone posted with the latest developments, hopefully our efforts will be successful. Thanks to everyone who signed the petition and a huge thanks once again to cyanide for his tremendous help collecting signatures and compiling the bug list.

First Annual NBA Live Challenge |

I've received word that the first annual NBA Live Challenge is set to kick off on October 13th in New Jersey at the Garden City mall. The contest will be played using the XBOX version of NBA Live 07 and take place in eight US cities, with the winner earning a trip for two to compete in the finals in Las Vegas during the 2007 NBA All-Star Weekend where $50,000 will be up for grabs.
