This section is here to inform you who's behind the NBA Live Series Center and to help you to contact the right people. If you want to contact the entire NLSC staff, send an email here. Please note that for most queries, emailing one member of the team should be sufficient. Please make sure that we can reply to your email. If your web mailbox is full or your reply to address is invalid, we won't be able to get in touch with you.
Although we are currently providing some unofficial technical support and advice for NBA Live, we aren't affiliated with EA and as such cannot provide complete technical support or develop official patches. When we can't solve your problem, we suggest contacting EA at their official website.
We appreciate all feedback and are eager to improve the NLSC to suit your needs whenever possible. However, please note that some suggestions are just not feasible. Flames are certainly not welcome, and sending us threatening emails will only lead us to ignore any future emails that you send. Finally, please make sure your question is not answered before you email us. We reserve the right to not answer any questions that have already been answered in our FAQS or elsewhere on the site.

Retired Team Members
Tim Tschirner
Tim founded the NBA Live Series Center back in 1996 along with Brien and Lutz. He responsible for many great patches (including the original roster updates) and utilities for the NBA Live series. Tim left the NLSC in 2000 to work for EA Sports as a part of the NBA Live production team. Tim was the consummate professional in running the NLSC and did an excellent job as a leader in the online NBA Live community.
Lutz van Hasselt
Lutz co-founded the NLSC with Tim and Brien, and has also made several patches (including the original roster updates) and utilities for the NBA Live series. Lutz briefly served as interim webmaster after Tim's departure in 2000. Lutz was well known for his sense of humour and fun spirit. We're all hoping that we might one day see a comeback.
Brien Smith
Brien is one of the original members of the NLSC Team, and has been responsible for several utilities over the years. He is the wizard behind the EA Graphics Editor and FshEd, two popular tools for graphics patching. His utilities have been extremely useful in the advancement of patching the NBA Live games.
