First NBA 2K14 Screenshots (Xbox 360/PlayStation 3)

2K Sports have released the first screenshots of NBA 2K14 via the game’s official Facebook page. The screenshots feature cover player LeBron James and are from the Xbox 360/PlayStation 3 version of the game, so they don’t represent what we’ll be seeing on the next gen consoles. They do of course give us an idea of what the PC version will look like, however history suggests that the PC version’s lighting/shading won’t be as good…at least until our modding community gets to work.

Check out all three images below or over in our new NBA 2K14 Screenshots gallery and have your say in the comments, as well as in the NBA 2K14 section of the NLSC Forum.

Terrible, just plain terrible. This is a horrendous insult to people with current tech on PC if they are to release such half-assed 7 year old material. I suppose they are so keen on living it up in their console glory to care about the PC user base; I truly expected nothing less from them anyway.

I really dont care about the graphics too much..its more on the gameplay..and still remains to be seen. Hopefully that won’t disappoint us.

Well, I suppose we can somewhat improve the graphics ourselves if things don’t change much like 4096×4096 textures would be nice change of pace give us a nice advantage there along with SSAO via NVIDIA Inspector. Hopefully gameplay improves and delivers.

You can pre-order the PC version if I’m not mistaken via 2K website.. I think?
