Yes we have site- nba-center.org and what about court, you can found it when playing assosiacion mode, going to scout and player devloment or smth like that.

If you talking about Champions Cup? If it is yes, for example in HEAT Court, it's in Sequence 13, Group 9.

The playoffs logo can not be found by the beta version we're using now. At least that's what I've come up with. I found this out when I was patching the playoffs decals (playofs, EC Finals, WC Finals, The Finals), because they are way way way too small :s
