NBA 2K18 Patch 1.02 Released (PC, PS4 & X1)

NBA 2K18: Damian Lillard

Patch 1.02 has come through for the PlayStation 4 and Xbox One versions of NBA 2K18. The PS4 patch is 4.397 GB in size, while the X1 update is 2.39 GB. It should start downloading automatically as long as you have an active Internet connection, but if you do run into any issues, try restarting your console.

At this time, there’s no word on a release date for the PC patch, or indeed, any details on what the patch addresses. It seems likely that one of the key fixes will be for a troubling issue which has seen gamers lose their MyPLAYER data, along with any VC that they’ve purchased. Note that if the issues addressed in Patch 1.02 are console-specific, then we might not see the first patch for the PC version just yet.

I’ll update this post with the patch notes once they’re made available. For now, feel free to discuss the update in the comments section below, as well as in this topic in the NBA 2K18 section of the Forum. I’ve also created a resource in our Wiki for NBA 2K18’s update history, which we’ll keep updated through the next twelve months. As always, any help in keeping our Wiki resources up to date with the latest information would be greatly appreciated!

UPDATE: Patch 1.02 is now available for the PC version of NBA 2K18, and weighs in at 81.4 MB. Still no patch notes as yet.
