ESPN NBA 2K5 (also referred to as simply NBA 2K5) is the sixth installment in the NBA 2K series, released in the US and Canada on September 28th 2004 for the Xbox and September 30th 2004 for the PlayStation 2. It is the direct sequel to ESPN NBA Basketball 2K4 and was followed by NBA 2K6. Ben Wallace appeared on the game's cover.
