Lakers vs Celtics
From NLSC Wiki
Lakers vs Celtics (full title: Lakers vs Celtics and the NBA Playoffs and also written as Lakers versus Celtics) is an NBA video game released by Electronic Arts in 1989 for the PC and adapted for home consoles in 1990. It was the first game in the NBA Playoffs series which also included Bulls vs Lakers, Team USA Basketball, Bulls vs Blazers and NBA Showdown 94, a series that served as a forerunner to NBA Live. Lakers vs Celtics offered single player and multiplayer play, with players taking part in either exhibition games or the NBA Playoffs with the team of their choice. Unlike later NBA video games, Lakers vs Celtics only included a selection of eight teams (four from each conference) who had appeared in the previous year's postseason. It also included signature moves for certain star players, the most infamous being Tom Chambers' unstoppable dunk.
