2K Day 2019 is upon us! The NBA 2K20 Momentous Trailer has also been released, to celebrate the launch of this year’s game. You can check it out below, or catch it here over on YouTube.

As I mentioned yesterday, all of our facilities for NBA 2K20 here at the NLSC are now open. In addition to the main discussion board for the game, our Modding and Resources boards have also been added. There are also sections for NBA 2K20 in our Downloads database, and you can already find a few early releases there.

Once again, I’d like to encourage everyone to make use of the facilities here at the NLSC this year. With all of the great mods that our community creates, we can provide stable, permanent hosting for files under 100 MB in size. I’m also hoping that we can get some great discussion going for NBA 2K20, so I encourage everyone to share your impressions, gameplay tips, slider tweaks, stories about what you’re playing, and whatever else you’d like to talk about.

I’ve already spent time with the game (both on PC and PlayStation 4), and I’ll be posting some impressions and a full review in the near future. In the meantime, be sure to check out a bunch of screenshots that I took during a game between the 90s All-Stars and 2010s All-Stars. The 20th Anniversary Edition of NBA 2K19 drops today! Whether you ordered a physical copy or have been waiting for your pre-loaded digital copy to unlock, you’ll be able to get your hands on the game very soon, if you haven’t already. The Standard Edition will hit store shelves and unlock next week, on September 11th.

With the game’s launch, we’ve opened up our NBA 2K19 Modding section in the NLSC Forum, as well as the Tutorials & FAQs section. The appropriate categories have also been added to our Downloads database, ready for all of the great mods that our community is bound to make this year.

The Early Tip-Off Weekend for NBA 2K18 is underway, and as you can see, a lot of people in our community are already getting their hands on the game. In fact, our modding community is already hard at work and uploading new releases which are available in our Downloads section. Stay tuned for the first batch of NBA 2K18 File Additions, coming very soon!

To celebrate the release of this year’s game, 2K Sports has unveiled the traditional Momentous trailer. As with all trailers, it features gameplay from cinematic angles, and spotlights several of the league’s top players. Notably, it features quite a few players who changed teams, including cover player Kyrie Irving, Jimmy Butler, Paul Millsap, and Isaiah Thomas. Other spotlighted players include LeBron James, Stephen Curry, Damian Lillard, Russell Westbrook, and Canadian cover player DeMar DeRozan. The new Nike jerseys are also on display, including the “Statement” uniforms (formerly known as alternates).
