Scaled down some shoes that were oversized.
***NOTE*** Place shoe file into clothing folder inside waigua/modded folder. If you already have a Full folder inside the clothing folder just copy the shoe file from the downloaded full folder into the full folder inside the clothing folder. If you don't have a full folder already just copy and paste the downloaded full folder inside the clothing folder.
