NBA2K11 Micro Stuttering in menu.

RYZEN 5 3600
32 GBs RAM

I've searched all over the internet for fix and couldn't find one.
If anyone here has fixed my problem before please tell me,
otherwise if there's no fix then I'd just have to deal with it.

There was an issue with the game lagging because of an internet connection so maybe try disconnecting and see if that helps. Not sure of what else I'm afraid presuming you've gone and tested a bunch of video setting stuff

May be a total coincidence but MLB2K12 had this as well on PC.
