Help needed - NBA 2K13 stuttering on a new PC

well i'm posting this with hope someone who owns radeon cpu and gpu will provide some help.

the game runs on steady 114fps, but some occasional stutter occurs around basket area.

my specs:

ryzen 5 3350g with radeon graphics
16gb 3200mhz ram
60hz ips lcd 1920x1080
windows 10 pro 21h2 x64

this is my first rig with radeon graphics (long time nvidia user), so maybe graphic settings need some configuration for nba 2k13?

What are your adrenalin settings?

Dee4Three, forgot to report that i fixed the issue. all i needed to do is to set "frame rate target control" to default 60hz, turn off ingame v-sync and turn on dynamic v-sync in radeon sofware. same applies to 2k14.
