Yes, but with a potential catch. Some jerseys might have a white square on the shorts that's caused by the number positions data being slightly different from 2K13. The jersey textures can easily be converted if the base file in 2K13 uses the same number and NBA logo positions. I think the URB mod initially had this problem in 2K13 until Skoadam fixed the jerseys with white squares.
