Hm yeah I notice some changes, any chance I can get the file? I'll see what I can do texture wise and maybe sculpt it, it that's okay with you. Jordan is tricky.

TBM, with his "direct" way of talking :), is anyway right, this one is not improved enough to really be released, and he did already huge progress on Jordan.
If you want it as basis to work on it I will send it to you by mail this afternoon (from my timezone, so in some hours let's say :) )

I can PM it to you this afternoon if you want, honnestly it's a bit to soon to release it, I have still to work and check and test regarding photos,
now it's about the cheekbone and jaws not wide anough, and also asymmetric (right larger than left ...), there is something also about the mouth (the corner have to be falling a bit more, but this is more in the texture), and tears are a bit too "far from the crane", ... so a lot of improvement :)

You can if you don't mind, but honestly I'm still having trouble importing the new model file in-game after zipping it with 7z.

yeah I don't mind, this work is not so serious, it's for fun so :) for the zip ... hmm, shouldn't be a problem.
you have to choose .zip extention, LZMA type, then rename the file in iff. and for sure don't zip the folder, go inside the folder, select all files :) (your archive must contain the files not a folder, I stpidly loose 30 minutes the first time for this obvious stuff)

Did you changed the .7z file that I sent you in .iff ? if yes, that was wrong :) You have to extract the iff inside the gz (PM here doesn't allow sending iffs)
if you really extract the iff from inside the 7z, and put it in the Moddel folder of the Limnono's tool and got the invisible player ... then I don't know ...
because for me it worked, as the screenshot show

Did you set the export location? And did you make sure it wasn't the same folder as the import location?

Export location is set to a different folder than the import location which has hihead.SCNE in it.

The weird thing is the model exports.... it's just when putting it into the iff file through 7zip, 7zip crashes so I assumed it was related to the error message.

Make sure the vert count is the same as what's in the scne file.

That's brilliant. Five hours of editing this stupid Crabbe shit and somehow I added 1 vertice... can I remove a vertice and it will still export?
