Does NBA2K allow the exporting of player stats to a file for easy analysis?

If i remember correctly, I saw in one of the player data cheat engine tables, theres a section for year by year player stats, but the information is formatted in an array of bytes. Could there be a way to extract that information and decode it in a spreadsheet?
