What Are The Worst Personality Badges/Traits To Have?

I've noticed that Dennis Rodman and Dwight Howard have regressed in a simulation where regression was off, but morale was on. I'm thinking they had bad morale, and when I look at their personality traits/badges, they both have the Enforcer and Expressive personalities. So I'm wondering what other ones tend to cause a decrease in attributes.

Neither. Badges affect gameplay scenarios, not player development.

What else effects player development? How can I FULLY turn that off so that players remain at their initial/base ratings?

For players, it's their Potential attribute. Overall, the various progression sliders under MyLEAGUE settings determine the frequencies, likelihoods, and so forth.
