Limnono tools for example works for me....

and you can try to backup 2KWAIGUA.dll, and rename NBA2K_Hook.dll to 2KWAIGUA.dll. it will load my dll. also you can use CE to inject nba2k_hook.dll to the game..

try to change player portrait/photo id not the cyberface id
