d3d11.dll not launching 2K

So whenever I install Looyh’s hook, 2K doesn’t even start up, the suspect is the d3d11.dll file. Does anyone know how to solve this?

Nahhh i dont think i did, i think i just reinstalled 2K and it fixed itself
