is there a program to edit roster files without having to start the game? like for example db commander for nba live

There are several tools, including a roster editor. But you need to start the game to load up the files. But it is possible to export these files and edit them in Excel. Problem is that you cannot even edit the team of a player...

Hi, I was just curious what tool you were referring to that does the Excel editing. I was hoping to do some broad brush contract editing.

That roster tool can export into excel but the import option crashes the program from my experience

I opened the roster file with excel but it is illegible. The re si a roster tool to modify the roster file and open it by Excel?
