City Jerseys on Classic Teams

Anyone know how to get the current city jerseys on classic teams? I've tried to get specifically the Miami Vice ones to work, I've used various tools to try but nothing works. Let me know

As far as I know you can use Looyh's NBA2K20 tool to add jerseys to that team. I only used it to reduce the number of jerseys.

Unfortunately the city jerseys don't show up when you try to add them
