Hey guys I’m playing my nba and i notice there no injuries during game and there no injuries when i sim the next day. I’m up to Jan 5 and there hasn’t been not one single injury. Is this a glitch or what and is there a fix. I’m on xbox series x.

There are sliders that determine the injury frequency. You can try turning them all the way up to increase the number of injuries, but there's no guaranteeing the results.

It's broken in myleague. You have to have injury frequency above 31 (at least) but then the injuries will occur almost every other day and will be of key like one player will have a hair line fracture for a couple of days.

You can also increase the injury duration but then half your league will be injured within a month. I'm on PC so it might not be as bad for you

The remaining games for the day. And I’m on default 50

Try the slider at 100 and work backwards to a level (if any) amount of injuries your happy with
