1970s rosters with ABA teams mod - Need help finishing this mod

I'm continuing dlubell's work revamping the 1970;s rosters by adding many more players, coaches and teams including ABA teams to 1970s rosters. Players and coaches are done for the Floridians, Utah Stars, Pittsburgh Pipers and Carolina Cougars.

I have also done a ton of work adding additional players to all the teams, adding more teams, re-rating players and overhauling all tendencies, accessories and shoes so that the 1970s are truly re-created here.

And... NO NICKNAMES! That's right. No "ABC passes to Mr. fundamentals over to A-Train" crap.

However I don't know how to replace the IFF logo files and/or the court files because I can't view them and see what I'm editing.
Can anyone help with modding team logos, uniforms and courts into the 2k77 file for 2k22?

I actually did this back in 2014 where I added ABA teams and uploaded the file for everyone to share but it was so long ago I don't remember how I did it.

WTV for viewing dds files
but it won't work for some reason.

I can certainly download the ABA logo and court files from the community online, however I want it to be part of the mod. For instance, dlubell replaced the clippers logo and court with the Buffalo Braves in the 2k77 roster file...I want to do more for the community...

If there is a way to export 2k share graphic creations and then import into the game, that would be ideal, but I don't think it's possible.

You need to use 7 zip to open the IFF files and extract the DDS files. Edit the DDS files using Photoshop, PSP, GIMP or Paint.net. Save the files using the Intel Texture Works plugin. Nvidia plugin may work. WTV will tell you the correct format for the file including the mipmaps. I suggest using Lethanos' court template. It includes the floor file, fxxx.iff. Re-number this file and extract the big76ers256.0200976aa730f40b.dds file. Edit this texture. Save correctly. Stick it back in the IFF file. Lagoa's court template is also good.
Uniforms are more complex. Read the info in the links. If you find jerseys for any other team that have the font style and location you want you can use those. You have to re-name these to your team's ID number.
For team logos extract the DDS file, edit and insert back in to IFF file. You need to know how to make mask layers because the logos use an alpha channel as the mask.

@bassman58 thank you so much for this information. I really appreciate you taking the time to respond.
I saw some of your amazing courts that you created and you are a master! awesome work.
Is there any way you would consider helping me with this project? I would be happy to make a donation if that helps.
I think there are a total of 4 teams that need courts/ logos/ jerseys and 4 teams that need only logos.
Then everything is complete.

He was able to assist with beautiful team uniforms and courts.
Players faces are done but I just need help with the cyberface of Gus Johnson. His hair and facial hair is messed up. Can anyone help with this? thanks
