That's from instant replay on Xbox Series X. When you use L3, you get a photo filter.

From what i see on internet, 2K23 "Next gen" with the photo mode filter is what i expected from nextgen.
Without, its still looks like a classic 2k14-20 game, witch better faces textures, but overall nothing popping in my eyes.

One of the most brutal dunks I've ever seen on the virtual hardwood!

Valor and I ventured into The Rec for a session. The results were mixed, but it had some fun moments.

The image is so realistic that it's hard for me to recognize it at a glance. It wasn't until I looked closely that I could see it clearly.
