If you open the pngxxxx.iff with 7zip you will see the appearance.rdat file. Open it with notepad ++ to edit the body values.

Each cyberface is made up of facexxxx.iff and pngxxxx.iff. XXXX is an ID that will depend on each player. For example LeBron James ID is 1013 so his png is png1013.iff. You can use 2K23 tools to identify the ID of your player. To extract that file you need File Export feature. On the TGsoGood channel you will find a video on how to do it. Basically you have to press F8 in-game, click on Mod, File Manager/File Extractor and type the file name including .iff at the end.

You don´t need the manifest file. Just launch the game once you have copied the latest hook plugin. Once you do that, press F8 in-game and you will see a panel. On the top, press on "Mod" / "File Manager" / "File Extractor". There you can write, then write the name of the file to be extracted. For example png1013.iff, in your case you have the check the player ID. Finally press on Export (blue button). It will create a "Exports" folder in the main 2K23 installation folder. Open it to get your file. .iff files have to be opened with 7zip. It will work 100%.

Thank you again I wanted to edit Alperen Şengün, I wrote png9908.iff and exported the file and the file has been created. I've checked the names from here, just in case somebody else like me is confused about it.

But one more thing bro, how do I edit the wingspan in that RDAT file? And what do I need to do to import the edited file in game? Will it take effect in existing MyLeauge save?
Edit:Turns out the change happens automatically as long as I put the file in the mod folder. But I have another question can I can't export my custom players .iff file. I want to do it to compare wingspan files with other players. Is there a way to do that? NBA2k23 tools doesn't allow me to see the real wingspan of the players, they seem to show the old values even though the wingspan is clearly got bigger

Everything is in the appearance file. It will depend on the bodie player. But you can change his body type from another player on Blender. Here is a tutorial by Dee4three. And yes, it will upload the render in your MyLeague if you are using his default ID.

I'm sorry but I don't get what you mean by everything is in the appereance file. I can't see the wingspan in centimeters or in inches. The usual wingspan values (right and left hand values in that file) are usually 26 or 29, it's an arbitrary number.

You have to edit the forearm and hand values. I will send you screenshots later.
