Can the PS3 platform games be modified? I can't unzip the files that have the 2K or NBA Live games, someone to help me?

Generally speaking, no. I believe REDitor II and RED MC can open the roster files for the PS3 versions of NBA 2K10, 2K11, and 2K12, and NBA 2K13 and NBA 2K14 respectively, but you can't add new art files to the game, so you're somewhat limited in what you can create.

No. As I said, you can't add new art files.
