NBA Live 18 Digital Giveaway (PlayStation 4 & Xbox One)

NBA Live 18: James Harden vs. Russell Westbrook

EA Sports has hooked us up with a few digital copies of NBA Live 18 to give away, so we’re tipping off our first contest for this basketball gaming season. For our first giveaway, there are two codes for PlayStation 4 and two codes for Xbox One up for grabs. Please note that the codes for PS4 are US region locked, while the codes for X1 are global. Our apologies for any inconvenience; we’ll try to sort out a global giveaway for PS4 at some point in the future.

To win, simply tell us about your favourite NBA Live game in 200 words or less, and let us know whether you’re after a PS4 or X1 version of NBA Live 18. There are two ways to enter:

  1. Register an NLSC Forum account and reply to this topic.
  2. Register an account and reply in the comments section of this news post (guest posts are not eligible).

I’ll pick four winners (two PS4, two X1) out of the entries that I like the best, and hook them up with a copy. Please note that it’s one entry per person, NLSC staff members are not eligible, and all decisions are final. If you miss out this time, we’ll be giving away a few more codes in the near future, so there will be another opportunity to snag a free copy of NBA Live 18. Once again, please also note that the codes we’ve been given for PlayStation 4 are US region locked, but the codes we have for Xbox One are global.

Entries close midnight October 1st, US Eastern time. Good luck, and get your entries in ASAP!

The winners have been drawn. Congratulations to shinron15deihateinJarmonity. and Shuajota! Thanks to everyone who entered, stay tuned for more giveaways.

EA should stop doing giveaways and tell their employees to do their job updating the rosters in a timely manner instead of posting 2k wrestling pics on twitter…just saying

My beloved NBA Live is 16 (but the 2005 gave sweet fluid gameplay memories too). I was the one who initially had preordered X1 for Live 14, I played this “first” game for 55 hours, but sadly it was a bare-bone compared to 2K14– The same was with Live 15. When Live 16 launched, I played its demo and was not impressed, but after a 1,5 month hiatus Live 16 reappeared in my mind (what a not a bad game, bro!), so I’ve bought it for the full price (no matter what) to support devs. I have been playing it within two weeks, but 2K seemed more attractive than to play in a “poor” Live once again. I was wrong! Yeah, I’ve spent a several dozen hours on 2K16, but in one moment NBA Live 16 pulled me back. Starting with a lot of exhibition, then diving into LUT (the latest legend challenge is really tight), finishing PRO-AM, some Dynasty (Drummond+Harris for LeBron), Rising Star, I played Live 16 over 900 hours now (I’m only 3rd among my Xbox Live friends, but still playing yet: 92 overall and hunting for the MVP achievement). I like this game!
