The NBA 2K10 Draft Combine is a downloadable content game released on August 26th, 2009 on the Xbox Live Arcade (400 Microsoft Points) and on September 3rd, 2009 on the Playstation Network ($4.99). The game allows users to create a player and then complete a series of drills and scrimmages in a pre-NBA Draft camp, where they attempt to increase their stock with prospective NBA teams. It is a standalone game and does not require NBA 2K10, however players created in the Draft Combine can be uploaded to the 2K servers and imported into NBA 2K10's My Player mode. It was not made available to all regions, nor was it released on PC.

On August 11th, 2009, 2009 NBA Rookie of the Year Derrick Rose was announced as the "cover player" and face of the NBA 2K10 Draft Combine.
