NBA 2K20 is a sim-oriented basketball video game, retaining modes such as MyCAREER, MyGM, MyLEAGUE, MyTEAM, The Playground, The Neighborhood, and 2K Pro-Am, as well as gameplay elements such as the Pro Stick. The game is built on the Flowtech engine. It also retains additional content such as the historical and All-Time Teams, while bringing back the All-Decade squads. WNBA teams also made their debut in NBA 2K20, along with a single season mode.

Editions & Cover Players[edit]

On July 1st 2019, 2K Sports announced Anthony Davis and Dwyane Wade as the cover players for the Standard/Digital Deluxe Editions and Legend Edition respectively. Davis was previously featured as one of three cover players for NBA 2K16, while Wade appeared on the cover of NBA Live 06.

Pre-Order Bonuses[edit]

NBA 2K20's pre-order bonuses were revealed on July 1st, alongside the announcement of the cover players and three separate editions.
