At the start screen, hit right 13 times and then the plus button

At the start screen, hit up, up, down, down, left, right, left, right, B, then the plus button

At the play now screen, enter initials in player one MJT and player two MJT
Unlock the ESPN SportsNation team of Michele Beadle and Colin Cowherd
At the play now screen, enter initials in player one ESP and player two NSN
Mascot team of Raptor, G-Wiz, Mavs Man, Bango, Rocky, Rufus, and Rumble
At the play now screen, enter initials in player one MAS and playter two COT
Besides unlocking the Mascot team, this also unlocks them for their respective teams (i.e. Rumble will be available with the Thunder).
Unlock Team Sprite
At the play now screen, enter initials in player one SPR and player two ITE.
Unlock Team Adidas
At the play now screen, enter initials in player one ADI and player two DAS.
