When was NBA Live 10 released?
NBA Live 10 was released on October 6th 2009 in North America.
Was NBA Live 10 available for the PC?
No, NBA Live 10 was only released for the Xbox 360 and Playstation 3.
Why wasn't NBA Live 10 released for the PC?
EA Sports have previously cited "serious business challenges" as the reason many of its prominent titles are currently not being released for the PC. The current speculation is that a combination of the increase in piracy, decrease in sales and competition in the console market has firmly established consoles as EA Sports' platform of choice.
Will NBA Live ever return to the PC?
As of April 2024, it is unknown if NBA Live will ever return to the PC platform. EA's Third Quarter Fiscal Year 2010 Report seems to indicate that NBA Live 11 will once again be a console and handheld only release.
Where are the Legends?
Due to an inability to secure likeness rights with several legendary players, NBA Live 10 is not expected to include any Legends.
Do I have to pay for NBA Live 365?
Not if you buy the game new; all new copies of the game include an activation code for the NBA Live 365 service. However, if you buy the game used you will need to purchase a subscription seperately, either from a local game retailer or through the Xbox Live Marketplace/Playstation Store.
Please note that NBA Live 10 is no longer receiving updates, and all online services for the game have been shut down.
