Pat Riley Basketball is a basketball video game which was released for the Sega Genesis in 1990. It was released in Europe under the title Super Real Basketball. It is endorsed by Pat Riley, at the time the head coach of the Los Angeles Lakers. There are two modes of play and eight different teams to choose from.

There are eight teams to choose from: the Los Angeles Hoops, the Detroit Jets, the Dallas Wings, the Denver Jammers, the Seattle Bears, the Boston Bashers, the Houston Rebels and the New York Busters. Players can choose between exhibition and tournament play.
