Substitution Bug
Substitution Bug is the common name given to an error in the certain versions of NBA Live 07, NBA Live 08 and NBA Live 09 that prevents players from properly fatiguing resulting in infrequent CPU substitutions unless a player is in foul trouble. The official patch addressed this issue by adding a Fatigue On/Off option but not a Fatigue Effect slider, hence substitutions were still too infrequent most of the time. Roster patchmaker Jimmy discovered that globally reducing all player's Fatigue ratings to 75 or lower would somewhat resolve this issue and result in more frequent fatigue-related substitutions. Similar fixes have been devised for the PC version of NBA Live 08,
The error currently affects the PC, Playstation 2 and Xbox versions of NBA Live 07, the PC and PS2 versions of NBA Live 08 and the PS2 version of NBA Live 09.
