The third official roster update for NBA 2K12 has now been released. It includes the latest transactions such as Vince Carter signing with the Mavericks and the Mavericks’ trade of Rudy Fernandez and Corey Brewer to the Nuggets, while also adding more rookies including Enes Kanter, Jan Vesely and the Morris twins for a total of 20 rookies added to the roster so far.
See below for an updated list of the transactions that have been included as of the third roster update. Remember that the rosters are downloaded automatically as long as your PC, Xbox 360 or PlayStation 3 is connected to the Internet, so you don’t need to go looking for them. However, you may have to use the Reset Rosters function under the Options menu to initially load them and saving the rosters afterwards is recommended. If you’re playing the PC version, be sure to grab this fix to resolve the issue with incorrect arm textures for the rookies.

and by the, i found that the players contracts in the roster is not updated..please make it update too…
Those deals are either pending official completion or occurred after the update came out. I assume contracts will be updated at some point.
How do i update my Rosters?? do i have to register for a 2k account??

It should download automatically. As mentioned in the post, you’ll likely need to use the Reset Roster function to load the update.
